That's what I explored together with comms experts and business coaches Kate Isichei, Uzma Mohamedali, at a special edition of Barn to Boardroom at home for an audience made up of Internal Communications, engagement and HR professionals.
In a beautifully powerful discussion, we passionately spoke about creating a safe space that allows White colleagues to say what's on their mind and ask those uncomfortable or awkward questions.
