I sat down with the Government Communications Service (GCS) in my capacity as Deputy Head of Internal Communications at Department for International Trade (DIT) to discuss bridging the gap between 5000+ employees based around the globe, leading difficult discussions around race and inequality through the BAME Network, and why it's OK to make mistakes.
I’ve always enjoyed customizing my bike, but lately I’ve noticed that small details really stand out. Changing my old plates to sleek motorbike number plates gave the rear a whole new look. It’s surprising how a simple change can make the bike feel more put together and thoughtful. Now, every time I park it, I find myself smiling because it feels like everything finally fits perfectly.
